OM SHANTI GROUP Est. in 1992. Since then the company is adding landmark achievements to its credit and has emerged as a potent force to reckon with. This ever evolving journey towards excellence was initiated by Mr. Rajesh Wani & Mr. Ashok Agrawalthe founder director of the company.

The OM SHANTI Group pushes the limits of technology to create brand of the utmost quality. 1992

Om Shanti Group is a well-respected name in the field of Building Material supplies. It has a strong infrastructure for providing quality Cement, Sanitary Ware & CP fitting. It has a 1000 Sq. Ft. showroom as well as 5-acre godown area. The wide spread dealer’s network supplies the best stock of branded Products.

1994

With Om Shanti Group “QUALITY and SERVICE “are two sides of the same coin. Hence, it is a household name in the region. After finding a foot-hold in the market with its quality Cement and Mosaic Tiles the company further started manufacturing Cement Pipes and Cement Jaalis for compound decorations in 1994. Set across 4 acres of land at Arni, a village near Dhule the company has a strong dealer’s network in Dhule, Jalgaon, Nashik & Ahmednagar Districts. Next to be launched are the Designer Tiles for elevation purposes.

1999

A year of extreme draught, dry acrid lands and water scarcity. A need for water storage. Om Shanti Group took up this challenge by mfg. their blue triple layers Water Storage Tanks first time in Maharashtra. Strong and durable, today HIMALAYA TANKS stand tall in the region, a proof of successful venture. Spanning across 26 districts of Maharashtra. Its water tanks are popular under various names Hiamalaya, Diamond, etc.
This tank manufacturing unit is spread across 5000 sq. ft. and has capacity to manufacture 100 tanks per day varying from 500 litres to 10,000 liters. The Company had supplied their product to various big companies like Thermax India Ltd., Prakash Constrowell & more.

2003

Once an engineer always an engineer. This statement holds true for both Mr. Rajesh Wani & Mr. Ashok Agrawal. Who are civil engineers by profession. To satisfy their urge of building & constructing they look up the project of successfully building flats systems in Dhule, in 2003. Further so many mega projects are in the pipeline-a commercial shopping center and a residential complex, in the heart of Dhule.
Aiming high, they dream of developing a township near Dhule in the near future.

2005

At Om Shanti Group, going beyond the ordinary is what we strive for. A Couple of years ago in 2005 we created another first by launching a 4 layer Puff Tank under the brand name “ PRITHVI”. This rough & product water containers were an instant hit in the market for their practical strength and long life. This manufacturing unit is at Ajang, Jalgoan Road on 1.5 acres of land with a manufacturing capacity of 100 of tanks per day. This tank Provides bacteria free water & puff insulated 4 layer reduces water temperature in summer.

2007

One of our plant at Om Shanti Agro Industries which spread in 8-acre land at warkhedi shivar Dist. Dhule. The latest to join the team of Om Shanti group is Maxima Plus the safe and pure packaged drinking water. As the consumer grows more health conscious he demands more pure quality product, even the most basic need of water. This products confirms to the B.I.S. mark and the strictures set by WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION (WHO).
To fulfil the demands, clean , pure, safe drinking water is available in 250 ml, 500ml, 1 liter, 2 Liter and 20 Liter packings.
Dreams and vision are clarified when you climb the mountain midway. You look down and see how much you’ve achieved and you look up the vision becomes clearer as you see the peaks.
